This sound healing meditation is designed to balance the autonomic nervous system, thereby restoring equilibrium, neutrality and integrity to the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual bodies. The whole composition is centred around the Perfect Fifth Interval - According to John Beaulieu, Lao Tzu referred to this interval as the sound of Universal Harmony, balancing the forces of Yin & Yang. In India, the Fifth is believed to create a sound through which Shiva calls Shakti to the dance of life. Apollo, the Greek Sun God of Music and Healing plucked the perfect fifth on his sacred lyre to call dolphin messengers to Delphi. 

In human form we are a specific gender but inside we all have both male and female energies. The masculine energy deals with the logic, structure, planning; where as the feminine energy deals with emotions, intuition, dreams and creativity. An imbalance of these energies results in inner turmoil that needs to be neutralised. The deeper, low frequencies resonate the masculine energies and the higher frequencies resonate with the feminine energies - helping to balance both sides within you - however there should be a slight lean towards the masculine side- which dictates all of natures will.
